If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Sale merchandise can not be returned only exchanged.
Return items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an item for return that does not meet hygiene standards.
If you received defective merchandise or incorrect items in your order, please contact us to give you instructions on your return.
How to return your order
Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
If you don’t have the original shipping box, please be sure that the packaging is appropriate to avoid damages during shipping.
Returns must be accompanied by the return document included in your order.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your account of your original payment method. Original shipping charges and any additional fees are not refundable.
